DESCRIPTION:OTCC volunteers provide dinner for Carpenter’s Shelter residents on the second Saturday of each month. This is a great volunteering opportunity for Bible study groups\, table groups\, families\, or neighbors to serve together. The time commitment is from 5:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. Food can either be prepared at the shelter in their new kitchen\, at home and brought in\, or picked up from somewhere and brought in to serve. Roughly 50 people will be served. \nSign up below to claim a date and you’ll be contacted a week in advance with further details. We will provide sample menus and suggested items to prepare or purchase for first-time volunteers. All costs incurred purchasing food for these dinners will be reimbursed by OTCC. \nDo you want to gather a group of friends or lead a group from OTCC?
