The SLC is excited to announce that Ebon Freeman-James has been hired to serve as the part-time director of operations. Ebon brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit and church management. She and her husband Frank and their teenagers live in Alexandria and have been worshipping at OTCC since 2023.
